Add Ad Size

Modules>Advertising>Ad Size>Add Ad Size

Adding ad size is one of the first steps in creating an advertisement. You must have an ad size in place before you create a rate card.

Note: Add Ad Size is also a setup option. See the Add Advertising Size topic for more information.

To add an Ad Size, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Modules>Advertising>Ad Size>Add Ad Size. The Add-Advertisement Size page opens.
  2. Fill in the fields according to the table below:

    size description Required Enter a size description in letters or numbers. The character limit is 20.
    width Optional

    Enter a number for the width, your association determines the units.

    heightOptional Enter a number for the height, your association determines the units.
    display sort orderRequiredEnter a number to specify the order in which the sizes appear in the drop-down list.
    rate card categoryRequiredSelect a rate card category from the drop-down list to associate the size with the rate card category.
  3. Click the Save button to add your new ad size and return to the previous page. Click the Cancel button to clear your changes.
