Adding Users to a Manual Batch
Multiple Users can be assigned to a Manual Batch. Once a user is assigned to a batch, they should select a Default Batch.
Note: When a batch is created or copied, the individual creating or copying the batch is automatically added as a user and appears in the Users Assigned to this Batch child form.
To add users to a batch:
- Navigate to the Batch Profile to which the user will be added.
- Click the Users child form tab, located in the Batch Profile.
- Click the Add
icon located on the right side of the Users Assigned to This Batch child form. This opens the User Batch Information pop-up window.
- Expand the User drop-down menu to display a list of users for the entity.
- Select the user to be added from the User drop-down menu.
- Click Save. The user name displays on the Users Assigned to this Batch child form.
