Setting up the Award Judge Specialty Drop-Down List
You can use the Award Judge Specialty to track the expertise of the award judges. ”Assigning” a specialty to a judge may assist your organization in using these individuals for future award programs or for finding a speaker with a specific expertise for future speaking opportunities or committee assignments. You can select the Judge Specialty from the Judge Profile.
You can add, edit, or delete drop-down list items from the Award Judge Specialty list from the Awards Information page.
Add an Award Judge Specialty
- Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly-out menu, click Awards. The Awards Overview page will appear.
- Click the Setup hyperlink.
- Click the Entry and Judge Info child form tab.
- Click the ADD
icon on the Award Judge Specialty child form. The Award Judge Specialty Information pop-up form will open.
- Enter the award judge's Specialty
- Enter a Description of the specialty.
- Click the Save button. The pop-up window will close and the award judge specialty you created will appear in the Award Judge Specialty child form.
