Adding a Price for a Subscription

In order for a subscription to be available in the Online Store, you must first add a price.

  1. Navigate to the Subscription Profile.
  2. On the Subscription Profile, hover over the Action icon. In the drop-down menu, click the Add Price hyperlink. The Price Setup form will appear.

The process required to add a price to a subscription product is the same as adding a price to a merchandise product.

  1. In the Price Distribution Information section, enter the Price Code, Name, and Start Date, as well as related price information.
  2. In the Online Information Section, specify if the product is available online.
  3. Select the Charge Codes to be used, and the distribution priority, in the Distribution Information Section.
  4. Select the Price Qualifier(s) from the drop-down list(s) (e.g., Membership Type, Membership Status, Record Source, Customer Type, Individual Type, or Organization Type). See, Price Qualifier for more information.
  5. Click Save.
