Certificant by Certification Program Name, Status, & Effective Date Query

This query returns a list of certificants by the certification program, status, and effective date.

Query Parameters

Parameter	Description
Certification Program Is Equal To	Select a certification program from the drop down list.
Status Is Equal To	Select a certification status from the drop down list.
Effective Date Greater Than or Equal To	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the query.
Effective Date Less Than or Equal To	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the query.

Query (Default) Fields

Field	Description
Query Header	Displays the query name, number of records returned, and the total number of pages for the query.
Certified?	Lists whether or not the certificant is certified.
Certificate Number	Lists the associated certificate number.
Customer Type	Lists the certificant customer type.
Sort Name	Lists the cerificant name.
ID	Lists the certificant customer ID.
Status	Lists the certificant certification status.
PriEml E-Mail Address	Lists the certificant email address.
PriPhn Phone Number/PriPhn Extension	Lists the certificant phone number and extension.
PriAdr Address Line 1, 2, City, State, Post Code	Lists the certificant mailing address.
PriFax Fax Number/PriFax Extension	Lists the certificant fax number and extension.
