Customers' Fax Change Log by Date Query

This query returns a list of customers who fax number has been changed in the system by log date.

Query Parameters

Parameter	Description
Customer Type Is Equal To	Select a customer type from the drop down list.
Add Date Greater Than or Equal To	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the report.
Add Date Less Than or Equal To	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the report.

Query (Default) Fields

Field	Description
Query Header	Displays the query name, number of records returned, and the total number of pages for the query.
Customer Type	Lists the customer type: Individual or Organization.
Sort Name	Lists the customer sort name.
FaxChangeLog Value	Lists the customer original fax number.
FaxChangeLog New Value	Lists the customer new fax number.
FaxChangeLog Add User	Lists the name of the user who changed the fax number in the system.
FaxChangeLog Add Date	Lists the date the fax number was changed in the system.
