Committee Roster Report

This report list committee participants per committee.

Report Parameters

Parameter	Description
Affiliate	Select an Affiliate from the drop down list.
Committee Code-Name	Select a Committee from the drop down list. This list changes based on the selection made for Affiliate.
Include Certification Designation	Click the box to include certification designation in the report.
As of Date	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the report.

Report Fields

Field	Description
Report Header	Lists the Name, Date, and committee selected for the report.
Start Date	Lists the date the committee member started.
End Date	Lists the date the committee member left.
Position	Lists the position on the committee the member occupies with contact information for the member.
Report Footer	List the current page of the total number of pages.
