Committee Sign-in Sheet Report

This report provides a list of certification invoices.

Report Parameters

Parameter	Description
Committee	Select a Committee from the drop down list.
Print Blank Page?	Click the box to print the sign-in sheet as a blank page.

Report Fields

Field	Description
Report (Invoice) Header	Lists the Name, Date and Time, current page of the total number of pages, and committee selected for the report.
Name	Lists the committee member name.
Position	Lists the committee member position on the committee.
Signature	Provides an area for the committee member to record their attendance by signing in.
