Organization Duplicate Check Data Report

This report identifies duplicate organization entries in the system and supplies additional data fields.

Report Parameters

Parameter	Description
Search Criteria	Select the search criteria from the drop down list.
Include Sub Totals?	Click the box to include subtotals in the report.

Report Fields

Field	Description
Report Header	Lists the report name.
Customer ID	Lists the customer ID.
Organization Name	Lists the organization name.
Address Line 1, 2, 3	Lists the affiliate street address.
City, State Zip Code, Country	Lists the affiliate address details.
Phone	Lists individual phone number.
Email	Lists the individual email address.
Web	Lists the organization web address.
Grouping	Lists the grouping for the organization.
