Event Attendee Roster Report

This report provides a roster of all event attendees to distribute at the event to registrants.

Report Parameters

Parameter	Description
Event Status	Select an Event Status from the drop down list.
Affiliate	Select an Affiliate from the drop down list.
Event	Select an Event from the drop down list. This list changes based on the selection made for Status and Affiliate.
Session	Select a Session from the drop down list. This list changes based on the selection made for Event.
Registration Start Date	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the report.
Registration End Date	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the report.
Include Fully Paid?	Check the box to include only fully paid registrants for the report.

Report Fields

Field	Description
Report Header	Displays date the report was run, organization name for the report, event name for the report, and event dates.
Registrant Information	Displays the registrant name and address, and whether or not the registrant is a guest.
