Chat with Support

Chat online with an Abila Customer Support expert to register for the Support Portal, reset your Support Portal password, and get help with netFORUM Pro.

Opening the Support Chat Page

Open the Support Chat page from outside the application:

1. Go to support.abila.com.

2. On the Support Center page, click on the Support Chat link.

   

OR

Click the Chat Online link on the netFORUM Pro sign in page.

OR

From anywhere in netFORUM Pro:

1. Click on the Help icon.
2. Click Support Chat.

Contacting an Abila Customer Support Expert

On the Support Chat page:

1. Enter information for Your Name, Your Email, and Your Organization Account Number (if known).
2. Select the Inquiry type from the drop-list box:
   • Select Support Portal/Website registration to register for or reset your password for the Support Portal.
   • Select Support - netFORUM Pro for all other inquiries.
3. Click Submit.
