Navigating to the Exhibit Show Profile

Find exhibit show profiles using the Find–Show search form. Search criteria can include the show code, title, start date, and end date. If you know any of these search criteria on the show that you wish to find, navigate to it using the steps below.

1. Hover over the Modules tab in the main navigation bar and click Exhibits in the fly out menu. The Exhibits Overview page will appear.
2. Click Find Show on the Exhibits Overview page, or expand the Show group item in the left navigation bar and click Find Shows.



3. The Find—Show search form will appear. Enter search criteria into one or more of the data fields.
To run a more specific search using Boolean expressions such as "Begins With", "Contains", "Is Not Equal To", and more, click the Advanced Search check box. Boolean search options will appear next to the form fields. To return a list of all available results, enter the % symbol in the Show Code or Show Title fields.

4. Click Go to perform the search.

5. The List—Show page displays. Click the Go To arrow next to the organization name to access the Show Profile.
