The Fund Profile
When a fund is created, a fund profile is also created.
The fund profile displays the following information:
Fundraising Item Information
The Fundraising Item Information page displays the following information:
- Product Code
- Identifying code assigned to this fund during setup
- Member Only?
- Is this fund available to members only?
- Collect
in Honor of? - Can donations to this fund be made in honor
of an individual or organization?
- Fund
Goal - What is the financial goal of this fund?
- Source
Code - What source
code is assigned to this fund.
- Minimum
Price for eWeb Donate Now - The minimum donation amount allowed
when donating from the eWeb Donate
Now page.
Fundraising Item Availability for Sale
The Fundraising Item Availability for
Sale section displays the following information:
- Item Available
From - Displays the dates the fund is open to accept donations.
- Show as New From
- Displays the dates this fund should display as a new product in
the iWeb and eWeb stores.
- Featured Product
From - Displays the dates this fund should display as a featured
product in the iWeb and eWeb stores.
Amount Raised
The Amount Raised section of
the fund profile displays the following information:
- Pledge Amount
- Displays the amount of money that has been pledged (promised) to
the fund. This is not the amount that has actually been collected.
- Raised Amount
- Displays the amount of money that has actually been collected for
the fund.
Keywords
The Keywords section will display any keywords assigned to this fund.
Online & Additional Info
The Online & Additional Info section of the fund profile displays
the following information:
- Sell Online
- Displays whether this fund is able to be purchased on the eWeb site
or not.
- Sell From
- Displays the date this fund should be made available for purchase
in the eWeb store.
- Sell To
- Displays the date this fund should no longer be available for sale
in the eWeb store.
Child Forms
The following child forms are available on the fund profile:
- Price -
Displays the various prices set for the fund. Prices can also
be added from this child form.
- Campaign
- Displays a list of the campaigns associated to this fund.
- Purpose
- Displays a list of the purposes associated to this fund.
- Notes -
Displays any notes associated to this fund.
