Centralized Order Entry

Centralized Order Entry (COE) gives you the ability to enter order information for products and services from one central location.

The page shows the customer's name, shipping address, billing address, contact information, communication preferences, and if applicable, source code, and media code.

The Setup for Centralized Order Entry is done in the Accounting Module.

Workflow

1. Enter an order.
2. Apply applicable discounts.
3. Apply shipping charges.
4. Apply IP range for downloadable products.
5. Apply credits and payments.
6. Confirm the order.
