Group Items and Hidden Group Items Child Forms

The group items and hidden group items child forms are located on the Content Group Profile.

About the Child Form

The group items child form displays the list of Group Items that are available in the left navigation menu for the Content Group as well as the Group Items whose the Find Group Item Link is an Advanced Find Link.

The hidden group items child form displays the list of Group Items for the Content Group that are hidden or have been soft-deleted.

Data Columns

The group items and hidden group items child forms display the following data columns:

Column	Description
Group Item	The Group Item name that displays in the left navigation menu.
Description	Details about the Group Item.
Order	The order in which the Group Item displays in the left navigation menu, from top to bottom.
No Display	For the group items child form, No Display is checked if the group item is an Advanced Find Link. For the hidden group items child form, No Display is always checked to indicate that the record is hidden or soft-deleted.

Child Form Buttons

Use the following buttons to work with child forms.

 

Icons		Actions
		expand/close icon to expand or close a child form.
		goto record icon to view that record's profile page.
		add icon to add a new record to the child form.
		edit icon to edit a record on the child form.
		delete icon to delete a record on the child form.
		grandchild form icon to expand or close a grandchild form.
		new window icon to open a child form in a new window.
		more info icon to see more information about the a record on the child form.
		linked headings to sort the records.
		refresh the data in the form.
		export the data to a quick report for download.
