Maintain Offset Accounts Form
The Maintain Offset Accounts form displays when you select the Offset Accounts option from the Maintenance > General Ledger submenu. Use this form to maintain Offset Account assignments.
Search: Enter a sequence of characters to filter the list displayed in the Maintain Offset Accounts table.
Maintain Offset Accounts Buttons
Set Offset Assignments: Click to go to the Maintain Offset Accounts Record Form.
Copy: Selecting an Offset Accounts record from the Offset Accounts table activates Copy. Click Copy to open the Copy Offset Accounts Form.
Delete: Selecting an Offset Accounts record from the Offset Accounts table activates Delete.
List Records: Select how many items per page to display using the drop-down list. You can view items in the table in increments of 10, 20, 50, or 100.
Offset Accounts Table
These are the columns available in the Offset Accounts table.
Select: Click in the Select column to select Offset Accounts records. Click the Select check box located in the title bar of the Offset Accounts Table to select all the Offset Accounts records in the Offset Accounts Table. The Delete and Copy buttons activate when one record is selected. The Delete button is available when multiple records are selected. Click Copy to open the Copy Offset Accounts Form.
Transaction: Lists the transaction type for the offset account record.
Entry Fund: Lists the entry fund code for the offset account record.
Entry GL: Lists the entry GL code for the offset account record.
Offset Fund: Lists the Offset Fund code for the offset account record.
Offset GL: Lists the Offset GL code for the offset account record.
Entry Due To/From: Lists the Entry Due To/From for the offset account record.
Offset Due To/From: Lists the Offset Due To/From for the offset account record.
Reset Grid: The Reset Grid button will reset the specific table to its default order. See the Tips and Shortcuts page for more information on reorganizing grids.
