Attachments Form
You can use the Attachments form to quickly attach related documentation to an existing document.
Attachments Table
The Attachments table lists the existing documentation attached to a document.
Click a file in the File Name column to view the attachment.
Search Attachments: Enter a sequence of characters to filter the list displayed in the Attachments table. For example, entering ,pdf will display only attachments with the extension .pdf.
Add Attachments: Click the Add Attachments button to proceed to the Add Document Attachments Form.
Delete: Click to delete an attachment. Activates after using Select to select an attachment.
List Records: Select how many items per page to display using the drop-down list. You can view items in the table in increments of 10, 20, 50, or 100.
Select: Click the Select check box to select an attachment. Click the Select check box located in the title bar of the Attachments table to select all the attachments in the Attachments table. Activates the Delete button.
File Name: Lists the attachment file name. Click the file name to view the attachment.
Category: Lists the attachments category.
Date: Lists the date the attachment was attached to the document.
User: Lists the user name of the user who attached the attachment to the document.
