A Request is added when an Individual customer asks for something such as membership information, billing information, or collateral. Requests can also be used to track phone calls.
The Requests group item works in conjunction with the Assignments group item. Once a request is made, it can be assigned to a particular Individual or a Group for execution.The Customer Request Profile page stores all of the request details including when the request was made and the reason for it, the priority level, how it was made, it's origin, and the status. The profile page also keeps track of to whom the request was assigned, their role and their responses to each request.
The Assignment Profile page stores similar information regarding assignments.
