Excluding Deceased Customers From Lists

When an individual’s deceased check box is checked, they will now be removed from searches and be excluded from mass communications such as in a Communicate or Call to Action. Searching for deceased customers is the same as searching for customers marked as hidden. They can be found by running a query where all the fields in the search and the result fields are from the individual table. If fields from other tables are included, the customer will not be returned.
