Individuals Overview

An Individual is any person with a relationship to your organization. Examples of individuals include members, staff members, customers, hotel contacts, event contacts, potential customers, award submitters, vendors, warehouse contacts, fundraising donors, and committee officers.

The Individuals Group Item contains links to any functionality regarding an individual's name, address, phone number, e-mail address, education, demographics, and relationships to organization's and other individuals.

The following five standard Group Item Links , are available in the Individuals group item:

• Query Central

• Combine/Merge Dups (Combining and Merging Duplicate Records)

The Individual Profile stores all of the previously noted Individuals Group Item data, as well as information on membership status, products purchased, meeting and event attendance, committee involvement, continuing education credits, awards, and more.

You can access the Individual Profile window by doing one of the following:
