netFORUM Pro is a Web-based application for customer relationship management (CRM), membership management, committee management, event management, accounting, e-commerce, e-marketing, and other association management tasks. We hope that online help will help you to get started, learn how to navigate the system, and show you step-by-step how to use netFORUM Pro to its greatest potential.
Online help offers three methods of locating a help topic. You can use the Table of Contents or Index options to browse available topics, or use the Search feature to enter keywords related to a desired topic. This will provide you with a list of search results that relate to the keywords entered.
The Frequently Asked Questions section of Online Help contains answers to questions submitted by our customers to Customer Support. To view the Frequently Asked Questions section, search for FAQ in the Online Help Search field.

These are the general updates and improvements to the netFORUM Pro 2015.4 release.
When using individual rates with group registration the system now auto-populates the member or non-member rate when the individual rates option is set for the event
Membership dues rates can now be sorted to appear in the required order when adding to a shopping cart
There is now an option to have Calendar Memberships set to sell for next year to start membership benefits immediately.
When adding an open membership dues order to the shopping cart, the customer is now prompted to add the open order to the cart rather than given instructions on how to add the open order
An Auto Drop check box is now available for setting up and managing membership renewals in the add/edit Membership Type forms and Membership Setup Wizard.
When duplicate registrations are not allowed on an event profile, duplicate registrations for individuals and groups are made unavailable for that event on both iWeb and eWeb.
The event fee now shows instead of the event fee code when registering an individual for an event
Session Counts now update whenever there is a change in the event and\or session registration, free or paid
You can now add sessions for guests in iWeb
When the capacity of an event or session change, they now recalculate availability when saved
