Applying Discount Codes in the Shopping Cart

To apply discount codes from iWeb:

1. Go to the Customer’s Profile.
2. Click the Shopping icon.

3. Select the product affiliated with the Discount Coupon Code.
4. Add the product to the Shopping Cart.
5. Continue through the checkout process.
6. Enter the Discount Coupon Code in the Discount Code field.

Note: eWeb shoppers will also have the Discount Code field available to enter codes that have been distributed.

7. Click the Apply Discount button.

The discount is applied to the order and shows up as a line item.

Note: After the Apply Discount button is clicked, you will receive a message regarding the status of your Discount Code. In addition, if the Discount Code is valid, it will become read only.

8. Complete the Check Outprocess.

The Check Out - Order Details page shows the discount.

The discount shows on the Order Profile.

The discount shows on the Invoice Profile.
