Making an Award Inactive

Navigating to an Award Profile

To find and Award Profile:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Awards.
  2. On the Awards Overview page, click Find Awards.

You may also access the Find Awards option by expanding the Awards group item and clicking Find Awards.

  1. On the Find - Award form, enter one or more search criteria.
  2. Click Go.

  1. If results are returned for your search and the List - Award screen displays the results. Click an award to view its profile screen.

List the Awards Profiles

To see a listing of all of the Award Profiles:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Awards.

  2. Expand the Awards group item and click List Awards.

This will display the List - Award page that lists all of the awards that are currently in netFORUM.

Locating Award Profiles by Their Status

Awards can either be active or inactive.

To locate award profiles by their active/inactive status:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Awards.

  2. Expand the Awards group item.

    1. Click the List Active Awards link to see the listing of all active awards currently in the system.

    2. Click the List Inactive Awards link to see the listing of all inactive awards currently in the system.
