List Departments

Departments for Contact Requests are set up on the Overview and Set Up page in the CRM module.

To view a list of Departments, complete the following steps:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click CRM.
  2. Expand the Contact Request group item. Click List Department.

The List - Department/Subject page displays a list of all Departments.

  1. Click the GoTo arrow next to the Department you wish to view.  This will open the Department profile page.
