List Reports
Use List Report to list the reports in netFORUM.
To create a list of reports, in the Admin module, expand the Report Setup group item and click List Reports.
The List - Report page displays with the following columns of information:
Field Name | Description |
---|---|
Report Name | Name of the report. |
Report Description | Description of the report. Typically the description will be longer and more detailed than the report name. |
RDL Path | This is the path of where the Reporting Services RDL is stored. This is offset from the Report Manager folder designated as the root folder for this site in the RSRootClientReportFolder system option. |
RDL File Name | The name of the RDL file that is deployed to the Reporting Services server. |
Run Report From | A check mark indicate that the report can be run from either the Reports Central/Form Link or Query/Find/List Results Page. |
Add Date | Date the report was added to the Reporting Services server. |
Tips:
- Click on a report to open the report in the Edit - Report window.
- You can also click the Add Report button or the Find Report button.
