Constituents

A constituent is the individual or corporation donating or contributing a gift payment or service. Use the topics in this section to learn more about adding and working with constituents in NetForum.

The five standard Group Item Links (Add, Find, List, Run Query, Query Central), are available in the Constituents group item.

Navigating to the Constituent Profile

The Constituent Profile is displayed once you have added a new CRM record as a Constituent in the netFORUM application. If you want to navigate to and view a specific profile page:

• Click on the Fundraising module from the Module Menu drop-down.

• On the Group Item menu, click Constituents. You can then choose to List Constituents or to Find a Constituent.

Depending upon which Constituent you choose, its Constituent Profile will display.
