Setting Up the Registrant Type Drop-Down List
The registrant type tracks the type of event registrant.
Example: Registrant Type: student, press, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor. spouse.
Registrant Type Drop-Down List
You can add, edit, or delete drop-down list items.
To set up a registrant type:
- Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Administration.
- Expand the Overview group item. Click Events Set Up.
- Click the Registrant child form tab.
- Click the expand
icon next to the Registrant Types child form heading.
- Click the Add
icon. This will open the Registrant Type Information form.
- Enter the name of the new registrant type in the Registrant Type Code field.
- Click the Display in Internal Shopping? check box if you would like this registrant type to be available in the iWeb shopping cart.
- Click the Display in External Shopping? check box if you would like this registrant type to be available in the eWeb shopping cart.
- Click Save .
To edit a registrant type:
- Click the edit
button next to the registrant type you would like to edit.
- Make your changes and click Save.
To delete a registrant type from the drop-down list:
- Click the delete
button next to the registrant type you would like to delete.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion.
