Setting Up the Housing Room Types Drop-Down List
The Housing Room Types setting allows you to specify lodging preferences for particular speakers.
Example: Housing Room Types: single, double, suite.
Housing Room Types
You can add , edit
,
or delete
drop-down list items.
To set up housing room types:
- Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Administration.
- Expand the Overview group item. Click Events Set Up.
- Click the Speakers tab to view its child forms.
- Click the expand
icon next to the Housing Room Types child form heading. This will display the current list of Housing Room Types available.
- Click the Add
icon. This will open the Housing Room Type pop-up window.
- Enter the name of the new housing room type in the Housing Room Type field.
- Click the Save button.
Tip: You may also access Events Setup through the Events module > Overview group item > Overview and Setup hyperlink.
To edit a housing room type:
- Click the edit
button next to the housing room type you would like to edit.
- Make your changes and click Save.
To delete a housing room type from the drop-down list:
- Click the delete
button next to the housing room type you would like to delete.
- Click OK to confirm the deletion.
