Running the Mailing List Report

For subscriptions that need to be delivered by mail, you will need to run the Mailing List Report to create a hard copy mailing list.

To run the Mailing List Report, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Reports tab to go to the Reports Overview page.
  2. Expand the Module drop-down list and select CRM.
  3. Expand the Category drop-down list and select Individuals.

    4. The list of reports matching those selections is displayed.

  1. Click the Go button located on the Mailing List row. This will open the Report: Mailing List pop-up window.

  1. Expand the Mailing List drop-down menu and select the mailing list you wish to view.

  1. Click the Go button.

    2. The Mailing List Report will run and display the complete information for all of the individuals contained in the selected mailing list.

  1. Click the Save icon to expand a menu that displays the formats available in which the report can be saved.
