Uploading the Marketing Images

Graphics for your e-mail correspondence templates or Web site can be stored in the Marketing Images section of the Image Gallery.

To upload a Marketing Image:

  1. Hover over the Modules tab in the top navigation bar. In the fly out menu, click Administration.

  2. In the Administration / Overview page, click Image Gallery.

  1. On the Image Gallery page, under Marketing & Miscellaneous Images, click the Upload button.

  1. In the Image Upload window, click the Browse button to locate and insert the graphic in the Image field. The graphic must be no larger than 800 x 80 pixels. The graphic file must be a JPEG or GIF with a file size of 100 KB or less.
  2. Enter a description for the image.
  3. Click Save/Upload Image.

The image will be available from the Messaging Job Template, Header Image drop-down list. You can also copy the hexidecimal key created by the system after the graphic is uploaded to the server, and paste it in your Web site.
