Marketing
The Marketing Module enables you to you to manage customer lists and all of your communication activities using broadcast e-mail messages. You can Initiate Communication plus create and manage:
- Surveys and Messaging Campaigns
- Prospect and Mailing List
- Importing a Mailing List
- Communication Templates
You can also import prospect lists, send follow-up messages based on the information you have received, and create reports showing the results based on keywords or phrases.
The primary Profile Pages in the Marketing Module include:
- Survey Profile
- Messaging Campaign Profile
- Calls to Action Profile
- Prospect List Profile
- Mailing List Profile
Common Tasks
The most common tasks within the Marketing Module are displayed directly on the Overview page and can be accessed by simply clicking the respective icon. These, along with other common tasks, can also be found in the Group Items.
