Content Group Procedures
Creating a Content Group
- Open the Add Content Group form by selecting Overview > List Content Groups from the left navigation menu, and click the add icon in the List Page Action Links.
- Enter the group name and group order.
- Complete the remainder of the form as desired.

Click Save to create the new Content Group.
Note: The new Content Group will not display until you add a Group Item and at least one Group Item Link. Then refresh your netFORUM session and clear cache if necessary.
Editing a Content Group
- Open the Edit Content Group form by selecting Overview > List Content Groups from the left navigation menu, and clicking on the Content Group.
- Make the desired changes.
- Click Save to save the changes.

Refresh your netFORUM session and clear cache if necessary.
Soft-deleting a Content Group
- Open the Edit Content Group form by selecting Overview > List Content Groups from the left navigation menu, and clicking on the Content Group.
- Select hide/disable record check box.
- Click Save.

Refresh your netFORUM session and clear cache if necessary.
Hard-deleting a Content Group
- Open the Edit Content Group form by selecting from the left navigation menu, and clicking on the Content Group.
- Click Delete.
- Click Save.

Refresh your netFORUM session and clear cache if necessary.
Recovering a soft-deleted Content Group
You cannot recover a soft-deleted Content Group through the netFORUM interface.
- Use SQL to update the cm_group table to set the cgr_delete_flag to 0 for the desired Content Group.

Refresh your netFORUM session and clear cache if necessary.
Note: The recovered Content Group will not display unless it has at least one linked Group Item and that Group Item has at least one Group Item Link.
