Individuals by Chapter Affiliation (single/multi-select) Query

This query returns a list of individuals by chapter.

Query Parameters

Parameter	Description
Member Flag Is Equal To	Select a member flag from the drop down list: Member, Non-Member, All.
Chapter/Affiliate Is Equal To (5)	Select up to four (4) chapters/affiliates from the drop down lists.

Query (Default) Fields

Field	Description
Query Header	Displays the query name, number of records returned, and the total number of pages for the query.
Individual Member Flag	Indicates whether or not the individual is a member (1) or non-member (0).
Individual Sort Name	Lists the individual sort name.
PriAddr Address Line 1, 2, City, State/Territory, Postal Code	Lists the individual primary address.
HomeAdr Address Line 1, 2, City, State/Territory, Postal Code	Lists the individual home address.
PriPhone Phone Number	Lists the individual primary phone number.
PriFax Fax Number	Lists the individual primary fax number and extension.
PriEMail E-Mail Address	Lists the individual primary email address.
cat Chapter Affiliate Name	Lists the individual chapter affiliate name.
cat Chapter Affiliate Description	Lists the individual chapter affiliate description.
cat Chapter Affiliate Type	Lists the individual chapter affiliate type.
