Individuals With Updates to Primary Phone Number Query

This query returns a list of individuals with updates to their primary phone number by date range.

Query Parameters

Parameter	Description
Change Date Greater Than or Equal To	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the query.
Change Date Less Than or Equal To	Enter a date, or select a date from the drop down calendar, for the query.

Query (Default) Fields

Field	Description
Query Header	Displays the query name, number of records returned, and the total number of pages for the query.
Full Name	Lists the individual full name.
Individual Member Flag	Indicates whether or not the individual is a member (1) or non-member (0).
Individual Organization Name	Lists the individual organization name.
Individual Change User	Lists the individual user who made the change to the primary fax number.
PriPhone Phone Number	Lists the individual primary phone number.
PriPhone Change Date	Lists the date the primary phone number was changed.
