Individuals by Custom String Demographics Query

This query returns results based on custom demographics fields.

Note: Includes Custom String, Custom String 1, Custom String 2, Custom String 5, Custom String 7, Custom String 8, Custom String 10, Custom String 11, Custom String 13, and Custom String 15.

Query Parameters

Parameter Description
Member Flag Is Equal To

Select a member flag from the drop down list: Member, Non-Member, or All.

Note: Available for Custom String 5,

String Contains

Enter a value for the query.

Note: Enter up to five (5) values for Custom String,

Query (Default) Fields

Field Description
Query Header Displays the query name, number of records returned, and the total number of pages for the query.
Title

Lists the individual title.

Note: Does not list for Custom String 5,

Individual Type

Lists the individual type.

Note: Does not list for Custom String 5.
Flag

Custom row Flag.

Note: Lists in Custom String, Custom String 2, and Custom String 13.
String Custom row Flag.
Individual Member Flag Indicates whether or not the individual is a member (1) or non-member (0).
Individual Source Code

Lists the individual source code.

Note: Does not list in Custom String 5, Custom String 7, Custom String 8, Custom String 10, Custom String 11, and Custom String 15.
Individual Sort Name Lists the individual sort name.
PriAddr City, State/Territory, Postal Code

Lists the individual primary partial address.

Note: PriAddr Address Line 1 and PriAddr Address Line 2 lists for Custom String 5, Custom String 7, Custom String 8, Custom String 10, Custom String 11, and Custom String 15.
PriPhone Phone Number

Lists the individual primary phone number.

Note: PriPhone Extension lists for Custom String 5, Custom String 7, Custom String 8, Custom String 10, Custom String 11, and Custom String 15.
PriFax Fax Number

Lists the individual primary fax number.

Note: PriFax Extension lists for Custom String 5, Custom String 7, Custom String 8, Custom String 10, Custom String 11, and Custom String 15.
PriEMail E-Mail Address Lists the individual primary email address.
