Individuals Receiving benefits with Email Query

This query returns a list of individuals who are receiving benefits with an email address listed in the system.

Individual Sort Name	Lists the individual sort name.
Individual Organization Name	Lists the individual organization name.
PriAddr Address Line 1, 2, City, State, Post Code	Lists the individual primary address.
PriPhone Phone Number, Extension	Lists the individual primary phone number and extension.
PriFax Fax Number, Extension	Lists the individual primary fax number and extension.
PriEMail E-Mail Address	Lists the individual primary email address.
