icon added to their interface to provide you more details on each order
and invoice (if needed) before running the actual process itself.

Tip: The Manual Credit feature will be available in the upcoming netFORUM Pro version 2013.02.
Users can now create a credit for an individual or organization, without
going through the process of cancelling an invoice. The Add
Manual Credit option is now available in the Actions drop-down menu on Individual and Organization profile
pages. Credits created using Add
Manual Credit will credit Liability and debit Revenue in the General
Ledger. Use this feature whenever you would like to create a credit
not associated with an invoice.
A history of overpayment credits and manually created credits is also now listed under the Other child form tab, in the Manual/Overpayment Credits child form.

Users can now create custom donation receipts. This feature is particularly useful for organizations that wish to create custom donation receipts in a format suitable for tax purposes in Canada as the default template is information required by Canada. Customize the top and bottom receipt text and add a signature section. Custom donation receipts are sent for donations made in iWeb and eWeb.
To access the custom donation receipt feature, the EnableCustomDonationReceipt system option must be enabled by your Abila support representative.
In the Image Gallery, a Custom Receipt Images section now allows you to upload images of signatures to appear on your custom donation receipt.

Additional search parameters have been added when generating late fees for multiple customers. You may now use a from and through date to search for past due days. This functionality has been added to provide greater flexibility and efficiency in searching for past due orders with less searching involved as well as repeated searching attempts. Further, when the Process button is clicked on the Generate Late Fee form, without scheduling the late fee, an e-mail will be sent to the licensed user generating the late fees. This alerts the person that the late fee generation process has been run.

Enabling the LinkWorkAddressDuringImport system option will automatically check the Link Address check box found on the Individual Profile. This will automatically set the primary organization's business address as the individual's primary address upon data import.
This system option must be set by Abila Support.

When a purchase confirmation is sent, the e-mail recipient receives a confirmation message followed by the order confirmation detail. The name of your association now appears under the e-mail confirmation message, above the "purchased by" information.

Custom confirmation headers created in e-Marketing Setup now also appear on the printer-friendly version of the order confirmation. If no custom confirmation headers have been created, a standard message appears: "Thank you for your recent payment/purchase. For your records, here is a summary of your payment from [your association name].”

The Title, Nickname, and Designation fields are no longer part of netFORUM demographics. These fields will appear as part of the Personal Information section automatically on the adding an individual form and will not need to be enabled through demographic set up.

Demographic categories may now be left blank during demographic set up.
Note that only demographics assigned to a category will appear when customizing a profile view. So if your demographics do not appear as expected, make sure you have them assigned to the correct category and they have not been left blank. Further all new entities will have categories defaulted to blank upon set up.

The following updates and new reports have been added to Build 2013.01:
Created a new report titled Customer Statement for Mass Payments that will group by customer for all invoices.
Created a new report titled Open Contact Requests by Date Range that will list all open contact requests for the dates entered at runtime.
Created a new report titled Realtor Members without COE that runs by date range and education credit. If a member has an education credit (or the education credit selected at runtime) that was earned during the date range entered, they will be excluded from the report output.
Added a new check box parameter titled Include Free Registrants? to the Registrant Confirmation and Registrant Confirmation Data Export reports. This will determine whether to include free registrations or not in the report output.
Created a new report titled Batch Summary Report for ACCPAC that will provide a formatted financial export.
Added a new multi-select parameter titled Payment Method(s) to the Cash Receipts report.
Modified the Purchase Order Confirmation report to: (1) include tax as a line item; (2) run by invoice date rather than the order date; and (3) sort by invoice number rather than the order number.
Created a new report titled Cancelled Payments with No Credit Created that will display cancelled payments that a credit was not created for based on the new Pay Credited Flag.
Added 3 new parameters to the Individual Profile report. Historical (check box) and Historical Activity Date Range (start and end date). When checked, the report will include a new section for Historical Activity for the date range entered at runtime. If no date range is entered, it will run for all Historical Activity for the individual customer.
Added 3 new parameters to the Organization Profile report. Historical (check box) and Historical Activity Date Range (start and end date). When checked, the report will include a new section for Historical Activity for the date range entered at runtime. If no date range is entered, it will run for all Historical Activity for the organization customer.
Added a new parameter titled Include Org Primary Contact? which will include the primary individual of an organization invoice customer when checked.
The following updates and new queries have been added to Build 2013.01:
Added the Member Type field to the individual (Primary Organization Member Type), events registrant (Registrant Member Type) and organization (Organization Member Type) query results.
The ability to include the customer information (Individual or Organization) as well as the Primary Individual information should the purchasing customer be an Organization has been added to all queries of type Item Purchase in the Query Tool.
