What is the Membership Expiration Date for an Unprocessed Dues Renewal?
If a member has a dues renewal that is paid but not processed, review the Dues Orders on the Membership tab of a Customer Profile by clicking each order to see if it is paid. If it is, that Dues Order has the appropriate expiration date.
