How Do I Enter a Customer's Shopping Order?

The Shopping page allows you to select a customer and then "go shopping" for merchandise, publications, subscriptions, memberships, or event registrations.

To enter a shopping order:

  1. On the CRM Overview page, click Go Shopping.

  1. On the Shopping page, select a customer by typing the customer's name (or part of the name) in the Customer Name field.

  1. Click the lookup button to enter the complete name in the field.
  2. With the customer selected, click the Go to Shopping button to go to a page where you can select the items for the customer's order.

Tip: You may also go directly to the Individual Profile or Organization Profile of the customer and click the Go Shopping hyperlink from the Actions menu drop-down.
