What is the difference between Calculated Name and Sort Name?

Sort Name and Calculated Name are Data Elements in the Customer (Individual) table.

When you run a query, the Data Elements check boxes you select determine how the name will display in the report:

• Name (Calculated):  Prefix, First Name, Last Name
• Sort Name:  Last Name, First Name
• Full Name:  Prefix, First Name, Last Name
