The Award Entry Profile

The Award Entry Profile displays award entry information, including the date the award entry was received, the award name, award category, award entry status (e.g., ”in review”), a description for the award entry, the nominator’s name, the primary contact person’s name, the award year, and if an award fee is required, whether or not the fee was paid. The Notes child form allows you to view notes relevant to the award entry. The Scores child form gives you the ability to enter the judges’ scores for the award entry.

View and edit basic information in the award entry profile:

Primary Information about the award entry includes the automatically generated entry ID number and the date on which the entry was received. The award name and award category are listed, as well as the entry status, entry nominator name, and description of the award entry and year. In the Primary Information section, the organization primary contact associated with the award entry is listed, as well as the award year and whether award fees have been paid.

Note that the Award name and the Org Primary Contact in this section are underlined hyperlinks. Click the Award name to open the award profile, or click the Org Primary Contact name to view the profile for that contact.

The Edit button next to the Primary Information section opens the Award Entry Information window in which you can edit vital information about the award entry.

The Actions Menu on the Award Profile allows you to edit and add information to the award. You can edit award entry information using the Edit icon, or add judge scores using the Actions icon.

The Score Information section displays the Calc Avg Score . This is the average of scores submitted by judges assigned to the award. The Final Score for the award is also shown, as well as whether the selected entrant is the Award Winner.

Under Additional Information click Author Info or Notes Info to edit additional author information or notes on the award entrant.
