How do I Add a New Member to netFORUM?

When setting an individual or organization as a member in netFORUM ensure that the individual or organization has a profile in the CRM module. View the help topics on Adding an Individual Record or Adding an Organization Record for more information on adding profiles in the CRM module.

To set an individual or organization as a member, hover over the actions profile menu icon and click Go Shopping to access the shopping interface and purchase a new membership.

You may also edit the individual or organization's membership type and member status in the Primary Membership Information section of the profile.
