How Do I Add Search Fields to the Find Individual Page?

Finding Individuals Using Demographics

From the individual Demographics Setup page, you can select the demographic fields that you want to add to the Find Individual page (for example., to search for donors).

To add search fields to the Find Individual page:

  1. Go to the individual Demographics Setup window. (Individuals are used in this example but will work where any find/demographics are used)
  2. Enter order numbers for the Caption fields.
  3. Select the Show in Find check box to display the fields on the form on the internal site and the Show in External Find check box to display the fields on Find Individual page on the external eWeb site.

The demographic fields are added to the Find Individual page.
