Reports Module Overview
The Reports module uses Reports Central and Query Central to run queries and create reports from information in your database. To run either a report or a query, select the Reports module tab.
A Query searches for information in the database using specified data elements and search parameters. The result is a list that you can use to export to a Microsoft Excel file, PDF, or comma delimited file. You can also use the list to send an e-mail to a group, or create a mailing list to be used with the Messaging Wizard.
A Report is similar to a Query in that it searches for information in the database using specified data search parameters. The report result is a PDF, HTML, Excel, or CVC (ASCII) file in table format with headings.
