List Results in netFORUM Pro

When searching for individuals or organizations using the Find function, the number of records returned is displayed in the upper left corner of the List page. If there are more than 25 records returned in the search results, each page will only show 25 records at a time.

Notice that in addition to the 25 records each page is displaying, the total number of records returned in the Find result is also displayed as well as the total number of pages.

For example, in the image above, there are 1433 records returned in a total of 58 pages.

When you have over 20 pages returned in your results, you may use the Next and Previous links to page through 10 pages at a time or click directly on an individual page link to go directly to that page.

You may also use the Jump to Page field to quickly go directly to a specific page if you have several results of pages to view. This is true on iWeb and on eWeb for results returned in an online directory search.

Using the Quick Report or Export to ASCII/CSV export features will export all files in the returned list, regardless of what page they are on. View the Export Options in netFORUM Pro Using Quick Report and CSV Files Help topic for more information.

Also note that this pagination function is in effect for all List pages including those returned when you use queries. This function is available on iWeb and eWeb.
