Welcome to Online Help for Abila® netFORUM Pro!

Abila netFORUM Pro is a Web-based application for customer relationship management (CRM), membership management, committee management, event management, accounting, e-commerce, e-marketing, and other association management tasks. We hope that online help will help you to get started, learn how to navigate the system, and show you step-by-step how to use netFORUM Pro to its greatest potential.

New Online Help Format

The online help is now presented in an HTML5, top navigation format that offers optimized viewing from the desktop, on a tablet, or using a smartphone. Regardless of the device used to access the online help, the Table of Contents and Search features are available to find help on a desired topic.

The Frequently Asked Questions section of Online Help is still available to answer questions submitted by our customers to Customer Support.

New Training Video Location

The Abila netFORUM Pro Training Videos have been moved from within the application to inside the online help using a new Vimeo format. Be sure to update any bookmarks to training videos.

General Updates

These are the general updates and improvements to the netFORUM Pro for November, 2016. More information is available in the online help.

Updates and Improvements for the New Event Registration Wizard

A new Event Registration Wizard is being developed for use when registering for an event on eWeb, as described in Using the Individual Event Registration Wizard on eWeb.

Important: To preview the new Event Registration Wizard, contact Abila Support to enable the EwebShowNewEventRegistrationWizard system option, as described in Understanding System Options. This system option is disabled by default. Your System Administrator can then turn the preview of the new Event Registration Wizard on and off by using the Client System Options Setup page. The new Event Registration Wizard now supports event registration for individuals on eWeb and event registrations that require the collection of demographics or that have education credits. Future releases of the new Event Registration Wizard will support group registrations on eWeb.

Note: For information about using the existing event registration wizard for individual registrations on eWeb, individual registrations on iWeb, and group registrations on both iWeb and eWeb, see Using the Event Registration Wizard on iWeb and eWeb.
