netFORUM Pro Modules
Modules are subject areas within netFORUM Pro. They include: Welcome, Accounting, Administration, Affiliates, Awards, Certification, Committees, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Events, eMarketing, Exhibits, Fundraising, Reports, Web Site, and Properties. Each module has an Overview page with links to common tasks.
Each module is described in more detail below.
- The Welcome module is the page that each new user views upon using netFORUM Pro for the first time. It may be disabled by checking the Do not show this page again check-box in the lower left corner but this is not advised. The Welcome page details periodic updates about what's new and what's coming in netFORUM Pro builds as well as contains links to training and documentation.
- The Accounting module helps you track orders, invoices, and payments.
- The Administration module helps you set up information for each of the content groups.
- The Affiliates module allows you to manage the details of chapters, sections, regions, or SIGs groups including the ability to track type, charter date, Website, and Tax ID.
- The Awards module allows you to manage basic award information including award details, judge assignments, and award entries.
- The Certification module allows you to manage basic certification information including applications, certifications, and re-certifications.
- The Committees module helps you set up a committee, add committee members, maintain committee minutes, track committee participation, and other information.
- The CRM module allows you to build individual and organization profiles using contact information, demographic information, membership information, source codes, individual and organization relationships, purchases, event and committee participation, and other information. CRM also has a calendar feature that allows you to schedule to-do items for yourself or your organization.
- The Events module helps you to track event information including event dates, times, locations, sessions, registration fees, speakers, and sponsors.
- The e-Marketing module allows you to create correspondence templates, plan e-mail messaging campaigns, and manage "call to actions" (for example, to get people to renew their membership or contribute to a fundraising cause). The call to action may include several "mailings," including initial, follow up, and thank you correspondence. Use e-Marketing to create and manage mailing lists and set up an e-mail opt-out option for the e-mail campaigns.
- The Exhibits module allows you to create exhibitors, contracts, and booths.
- The Fundraising module allows you to create and manage Funds for donation purposes including assigning campaigns and appeals to a Fund.
- The Reports module allows you to create reports in various formats from information in the database.
- The Web Site module allows you to create your own web site directly from netFORUM Pro.
- The Properties module creates property types, categories, and owners with the ability to relate customers to specific properties for assessments and billing purposes.
