Event Sign-In Sheet Report

This report creates a sign-in sheet for an event.

Report Parameters

Parameter	Description
Event Status	Select an Event Status from the drop down list.
Affiliate	Select an Affiliate from the drop down list.
Event Name	Select an Event Name from the drop down list. This list changes based on the selection made for Status and Affiliate.
Session Name	Select an Session Name from the drop down list. This list changes based on the selection made for Event Name.
Name to Display?	Select the style of name to display on the sign-in sheet.
Print Blank Page?	Click the box to print an additional blank page with the report.

Report Fields

Field	Description
Report Neader	Displays the report name, date and time the report was run, and the current page number and the total number of pages for the report.
Event	Displays the event name selected for the report.
Meeting Date	Displays the event date.
Session	Displays the event session selected for the report.
Name to Display	Lists the selected style of name to display on the sign-in sheet.
Signature	Supplies a signature line for event attendee sign-in.
