Changing a Member's Member Status

You can change a member's Member Status (e.g., Active, Inactive, Dropped, On Hold, etc.) from the Membership Information form.

  1. Navigate to the Individual Profile.

  2. From the Edit menu, Edit Membership Info.  The Primary Membership Information window displays.

  3. From the Member Status drop-down list, select the appropriate member status.

  4. Select additional information, as appropriate.

  5. Click Save.

The new Membership Status displays in the Membership Information section of the Individual Profile.

A record of the status change also displays on the Membership Log

The Membership Log shows a history of the membership information, including the member type, status, join date, rejoin date, renew/effective date, expire date, terminate date, add user and add date.

Note: The membership will be activated by a nightly process that will flip the Member flag to Yes or the Receives Benefits flag to Yes; whichever one is appropriate.
