Abila netFORUM Pro is a Web-based application for customer relationship management (CRM), membership management, committee management, event management, accounting, e-commerce, e-marketing, and other association management tasks. We hope that online help will help you to get started, learn how to navigate the system, and show you step-by-step how to use netFORUM Pro to its greatest potential.
Online help offers three methods of locating a help topic. You can use the Table of Contents or Index options to browse available topics, or use the Search feature to enter keywords related to a desired topic. This will provide you with a list of search results that relate to the keywords entered.
The Frequently Asked Questions section of Online Help contains answers to questions submitted by our customers to Customer Support. To view the Frequently Asked Questions section, search for FAQ in the Online Help Search field.

Updates and Improvements for Events
The Events Module has been updated with the following improvements.
New Event Registration Wizard in Development
A new Event Registration Wizard is being developed for use when registering for an event on eWeb
Important: To preview the new Event Registration Wizard, contact Abila Support to enable the EwebShowNewEventRegistrationWizard system option
Note: For information about using the existing event registration wizard for individual registrations on eWeb, individual registrations on iWeb, and group registrations on both iWeb and eWeb, see Using the Event Registration Wizard on iWeb and eWeb.
Viewing Upcoming Events
More detailed information for events is now displayed when viewing upcoming events.
This includes:
- A more functional upcoming events heading
- Advanced search capabilities
- Reformatted columns, shading, and pagination
Viewing Event Details
More detailed information for events is now displayed when shopping for an event to add to a shopping cart.
This includes:
- A more descriptive event details heading
- More event details in the event description
- The addition of a location text field
Viewing Event Sessions
More detailed information for events sessions is now displayed when shopping for an event session to add to a shopping cart.
This includes:
- A more functional upcoming event session heading
- Advanced search capabilities
- Reformatted columns, shading, and pagination
Updates and Improvements for Memberships
Memberships have been updated with the following improvements.
Dependency Maximums for Memberships
A Dependency Maximums setting has been added to netFORUM Pro that controls the maximum number of dependent memberships that can be associated with a primary membership.

Grouping Affiliated Memberships
The list of affiliated memberships available in the shopping cart has been updated to display as related groups
Selection of Child Memberships
The availability of child memberships in the shopping cart has been updated to reflect dependency maximums
New System Option - ChildMemberDatesEqualtoParent
A new system option called ChildMemberDatesEqualtoParent is now available for use in netFORUM Pro.
When enabled and a parent membership is selected, all child (affiliated) memberships will have the same effective dates and expiration dates as the parent membership. When disabled, the child (affiliated) memberships dates will be the dates set up for the child (affiliated) membership type and will be independent of the parent membership.
This system option must be changed by Abila Support
